Psychic readings are no different. You spend your hard-earned money and you want your advisor to deliver the best reading possible.
However, whether it’s a haircut, a meal in a restaurant, a custom-made piece of art, or a tarot card reading, we’re not always happy with the result.

If it's about your experience, it's important to remember that advisors on our platform are real people trying to earn a living, just like you. They work on a paid-per-time model, similar to a massage therapist or personal trainer who sets prices for timed sessions.
When these professionals offer their time to provide a service, they deserve to get paid, even if it wasn't the best massage you ever had or you didn't love the trainer's approach. You don't have to go back to that same provider a second time, but if you spend an hour with them, they should be paid for that hour.
Keep in mind, you play a role in the outcome of your reading, just as much as your advisor does. If you want a truly satisfying, accurate, in-depth experience, be prepared to invest at least 30 minutes to one hour of your time. If you’ve ever had an in-person psychic reading, you know most advisors won’t even book a shorter session. It also helps to be straightforward and let your advisor know what you want from the reading, whether it’s an answer to a particular question or a certain method you want your reader to use.
Spiritual readings require an open mind. Don’t judge the reading immediately after you disconnect. Take some time to sit with it and consider the information. Let it sink in for a few days before you dismiss anything you heard and didn’t like.
With any service or care provider, it can take time to find the one that's perfect for you. If you know within the first few minutes of meeting your advisor that this isn’t the right reading for you, it’s OK to speak up, tell them what you want, or end the chat and find someone new.
