Earn money providing online readings from the comfort of your home or even on the go (using Zodiac Touch mobile app). Qualified candidates have experience using their psychic abilities and must be capable of delivering accurate and insightful readings to our customers using computer, iPad or smartphone.
Our advisors payments (per minute rates) are based on their call/chat time. We pay your earnings on a monthly basis, usually within the first 10 business days after the end of the month. Payment is available via PayPal or Payoneer.
You must meet the minimum US $25 required earnings for payment.
Any transfer fees charged by PayPal or Payoneer are covered by the advisor.
Once you log in, customers can start reading with you via chat or call, depending on what you have enabled.
You can only log in to either the website or the app, not both at the same time. You must remain logged in to a single device, such as a smartphone or desktop.
If a customer initiates a chat, a pop-up screen will appear to alert you. Follow the screen prompts to connect with your customer.
To receive calls, ensure the correct phone number is on your account. If a customer initiates a call, the call will come through to the phone number that you have registered in your profile. You'll get a call from a long, unknown phone number, which is different from every call.
When you answer, music will play and an automated voice tells you about your incoming call from Zodiac Psychics. After that, you'll be connected to your customer. If the call fails, your phone number may be incorrectly configured. To prevent the call feature from being deactivated on your profile, make sure you answer every call you receive while online.
If receiving calls, you must turn off your voicemail. If your voicemail is on, we'll have to deactivate the calling feature for the safety of you and your customers. A customer could gain personal information about you through your voicemail message or may leave personal information about themselves. This violates the rules of our platform and keeps you from boosting your business with calling.
Always double-check that your voicemail is off before you log on to receive calls.
If you are on our website, login to your advisor account, then click on "Settings" and click on the "General" tab.
From there, you can add your phone number or edit it. You have to choose your country code first and then enter your phone number. As soon as you have added or edited your phone number, click on the "Save Changes" button.
You will receive an SMS verification code on your mobile. Once you receive it, you need to type this code to confirm the phone number has been verified successfully.
Whenever you need to verify your phone number, you can do it by clicking on the "Verify" link below your phone number.

Adding a profile video let's customers know who you are and what you can do for them.

Once you’ve filmed your video, send it to [email protected] using www.wetransfer.com, a free file sharing platform that requires no signup. You can also email us a link to your video on an online platform like Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, OneDrive and send the link to [email protected].
If your video meets the required specs, we’ll add some Zodiac Psychics branding to it and upload it to your profile.
The options for what you can sell as an in-chat service is practically endless. Here are some services currently being offered by advisors on our platform:
Once you have your approved service(s), you offer it while having a chat and decide at that moment how much you want to charge it. We do not force you to set a fixed price because the services may vary according to difficulty, time extension, etc.
The customer pays, and your earning percentage remains the same as in a chat through the app.
You can offer these services to app users only, and you will see a '+' sign as shown below.
When you are in a chat, you will see a + sign, then a store icon. From that icon, you can add any of your approved services.
Pairing your detailed description with an eye-catching image is a great way to pique your customer’s curiosity.
Go to the Zodiac Psychics website, login to your advisor dashboard, and click on “Items for Sale”. You can add an image when you create a new service or by editing an existing service.
Here are some tips for choosing the best image:
Choose good quality, a high-resolution photo that fits well in a horizontal (landscape) format
Use an image that illustrates your service in a positive way
Don’t use copyright materials or anything that contains trademarks or advertisements
Once you add your image, our quality control team will review it for approval.
Before you get started, make sure you’re logged into your advisor account. If you don’t see the “Items for Sale” option, email [email protected] to see if you’re eligible to enable this feature.

STEP 3: Add a title and photo.
Give a name to your service. This is where you get to be creative and showcase your talents. Almost any of your skills, methods and abilities can be transformed into a service that adds emotional and financial value to a reading. Some services currently offered by advisors include: chakra cleansing, energy balancing, house blessing spell, negative energy removal, meditation for wealth, reiki treatment. The possibilities are virtually endless!
If you want a great image to include, try image sites like www.unsplash.com and www.pixabay.com, which offer tons of free high-resolution photos relating to a wide range of topics. You can also choose from our preset photos.
Once you’re ready, click “Add Service” to submit.
STEP 4: Wait for approval. Our customer service agents will review your submission and update the status to “Approved” or “Rejected”. Once the service is “Approved”, you’ll be able to start selling it to your customers.
If you are on the app, log in to your advisor account, then select the tab "Settings" and touch on the "Phone Number" option.
From there, you can add your phone number or edit it. You have to choose your country code first and then enter your phone number. As soon as you have added or edited your phone number, tap the "Text me my code" button.
You will receive an SMS verification code on your mobile. Once you receive it, your phone number has been verified successfully.
To see the change reflected, exit "Settings" and re-enter.

Wondering why you can't find yourself? Our system knows who you are (based on things like IP addresses, cookies, browser settings, etc.) so it's not likely to the advisor listings logic to suggest you as your own advisor.

Yes. Images that our team deems unacceptable for any of the reasons listed below will be removed. Disciplinary action may be taken.
Advisors earn 32% of the money paid by customers for every reading offered on the Zodiac Psychics website or mobile app.
Zodiac Psychics pays advisors monthly. You can expect payment within the first two business weeks of the month for services rendered during the previous month.
You can choose to get paid through Paypal or Payoneer. Advisors are paid monthly, as long as the minimum required $25 balance has been reached.
To select your preferred payment method, log in to your profile on our website. From your dashboard, click the "Settings" tab, then "Payment Settings". Once there, click on the button "Add payment method" and make your selection.
You can select either Paypal or Payoneer as your primary payment method if you have enabled both.
We recommend Payoneer, which only charges 1% of the total received or $3 if it is a mass payout (our case) regardless of the amount you receive.
Payoneer gives you options to withdraw the money at an ATM, use your card as a local debit card, or transfer the balance to your bank in USD with only a 2% service charge.
Advisors are paid on a monthly basis, provided you reached the minimum required balance of $25 for PayPal and Payoneer.
Advisors in select countries can choose payment via Wire Transfer. The minimum amount for processing Wire Transfer payments is $300.
- If this balance isn’t reached, your earnings will be safely held on your balance and your payment will be processed the following month.
- If you meet the minimum for payment, you can expect your earnings for the previous month to be paid within the first 10 business days of the following month.
Business days are generally considered to be Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time and exclude weekends and public holidays. So the 10th day on the calendar will not necessarily be the 10th business day.
Payoneer makes it easy to transfer funds to your bank account so you can withdraw them at your local bank in your currency.

Log in, then go to the "Settings" tab (on the website) or the "Transactions" tab (in the app).
Once there, you can view all your earnings and payments. Your current total can be found in the upper left corner on the website and in the app.
To update your preferred payment method, go to the "Settings" tab, then "Payment Settings". Once there, click on the button "Add payment method" and make your selection.
You can select either Paypal or Payoneer as your primary payment method if you have enabled both.

If you updated your payment method to Payoneer but haven't received your verification link, please let us know. This does not apply to those using PayPal.
Once you receive your Payoneer verification link from us, follow the instructions. Find Zodiac Psychics under the funding sources section, take a screenshot and send it to us within 24 hours so we can update this information in our system and process your payment.
Please note: if you completed the Payoneer set up after the first business day of the month, you will be paid only in the next payment round.
All changes to your payment details must be made BEFORE the start of the payment round (it begins on the 1st business day of each month)!
If changes are made on or around the 1st of the month, the system cannot automatically process your payment. It will be sent in the next payment round only.
To make sure you get paid accurately and on time, keep your payment details up-to-date in your profile.
1. Remember that any changes you want to make to your payment details should be made before the 1st business day of the month.
2. Inform us about any updates to your payment details on one of our official support communication channels: via the support chatbot on the app and website or email [email protected].
3. Make sure we verify your Payoneer account in our system after you add Zodiac Psychics as the funding source.
4. Be sure to keep your tax information up-to-date and accurate in our system. If you change your name or address, you will need to upload a new, updated W-8 or W-9.
We only process your previous month’s earnings. Anything you do after 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month will be processed in the next payment round.
W2, 1099-NEC, or 1099-MISC?
Form W2 is used only for employees. Zodiac Psychics advisers are contractors and not employees.
The 1099-NEC is used to report independent contractor income. Beginning with the tax year 2020, use Form 1099-NEC to report nonemployee compensation.
The 1099-MISC form is used to report miscellaneous income such as rent or payments to an attorney.
Provided you earned over $600 during the last year, at the beginning of the year (no later than the end of February) we will send you a 1099-NEC form (that includes nonemployee compensation from February 28 to January 31) to the email address associated with your profile.
Important: Be sure to keep your W-9 tax form information, such as address and SSN(TIN), up to date and accurate in our system so that we can send you a properly completed1099-NEC. If you change your name or address, you will need to upload a new, updated W-9.
While Zodiac Psychics is a global company with customers, advisors and staff located all around the world, we’re registered as a business in the United States. That means we file taxes with the United States Internal Revenue Services (IRS).
Companies are required to provide the IRS with certain information about people on the payroll. In order to ensure you get paid without issue, please fill out one of these forms with completely accurate and honest legal information. This documentation must contain your legal name and legal mailing address.

We are looking for camera confident advisors to send us a promotion video in one of the formats below. If chosen, your video will be featured in an ad on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
Videos will link to your profile, though some video may be used to direct traffic to a specific web page or app screen. These videos have been proven to significantly increase traffic from paid customers to your profile.

Before you film your video, please take a moment to review these specifications:
Keep your video under 1 minute in length. It can be helpful to write down an informal script so you prioritize the things you want to say and make sure you don’t leave the important details out.
Use an attractive, minimalistic background. You want a clean, distraction-free background so the focus is on you but it doesn’t hurt to have your esoteric methods on display too.
Capture clear audio. Eliminate any background noises and speak clearly.
Avoid shaky videos. Use a tripod, a stable surface, or a household member with a steady hand.
Film in vertical (portrait) or horizontal (landscape) mode.

During a chat, you can upsell your customers with services like spells, rituals, cleansings, blessings and so much more.
It’s easy to start selling in-chat services. You can find instructions here for Zodiac Touch app users and here for Zodiac Psychics website users.
When it comes to pricing your service, you can choose from a list of preset prices, but don’t let that limit you. If you don’t see the right price for your service, you can ask the customer to pay a particular price and add on a tip.
At this time, services can only be sold to customers using the Zodiac Touch app. Advisors can sell from the app or website but this feature is not yet available for customers using the website.

If you are on the app: Once you log in to your account, you will see your profile´s details and next to your name you should select "Edit" if you are on iOS or the pencil if you are on Android.
Once there, you should select "edit" at the top if you are on ios or the pencil at the bottom if you are on android.
On this last screen, you should select "Hello Message" and from there you can create or edit your greeting and submit it for our support team to review. Don´t forget to save your changes!
Check your spam or your junk folders. If you find emails from [email protected] there, mark them as safe so they arrive in your inbox next time.
There are two types of customers you can send coupons to directly:
At this time, you can only send coupons from your dashboard directly to those customers but we’re working hard to expand your options.
In the meantime, customer service can help. Email [email protected] or reach us by chat and tell us who you want to send your coupon to and the type of coupon you’d like to send.
If you’re offline and a customer wants to contact you, they’ll get the option to send you a private message. Customers choose from a list of preset phrases tell you they want to connect.
You can setup an automatic reply from your dashboard that lets your customers know when you’re typically online.
On the website, login to your dashboard, go to "Settings", then choose the "Private Messages" tab.
Choose one of two options:
Check the "Autoreply" option to enable it and save your changes.
On the app, go to "Settings", enable the "Autoreply" option, choose your response, and select your time.
These tips we believe will help you to keep your consultants with you for a longer period of time, only if you wish and believe it can help you:
- Once the consultant asks the first question, we recommend you try to develop it as much as you can. In fact, if you have voice dictation enabled (if you use a mobile device, download 'gboard') it will be very useful. It is important the clients feel you are giving them a lot of information, although this is not always the case. You can express something you visualize and say it again with other words, adding your own opinion.
- Have rituals or prayers prepared in a separate file you can offer them during the reading and the clients can reread whenever they want to. It will be highly appreciated and valued.
- Whenever you can, upon the closing of the reading, whether you feel the client has shown interest or is a paying client, give them an additional 3 minutes free, those minutes will be more than compensated shortly.
- Finally, once the reading is finished, you can write more content on the topic you were talking about, or you can even give them useful advice, either about their concern or about their daily life. That extra text you could skip may be the key to getting them back to you.
