When you register on Zodiac Psychics, you'll need to choose a username and password. You'll need these to login each time you come back for more psychic readings.
We recommend that you choose a username and password that are unique, yet easy to remember. In order to keep your privacy, we suggest you pick something different from your real first and last name.
If you have forgotten your username or password, we will be happy to send you a new one. Simply go click Log In at the top of the page and select the Forgotten Password link. A window will open with an option to request a username and/or password reset email.
You can change your username and password on the My Account page, located on the upper navigation bar.
To register your phone number, login to your account by clicking Sign In. Once signed in, click on My Account on the top toolbar.
In the “phone number” box, choose your country from the drop-down menu. Then, enter your phone number, omitting any zeroes at the start. So, if your phone number is "0123456789", you’d enter “123456789“. You may enter a landline or mobile number.
Be sure to save your changes to fully register the details in the system.
To choose which phone you will be called on, select the phone in the My Settings panel on the right.

Before you start a session, browse through our network of advisors. You can browse by different criteria on our homepage, like specialty, language or price. If you’re curious about someone, click on their name or photo to read their full profile and see customer reviews. Listen to your intuition and choose an advisor you feel drawn to.

Zodiac Psychics typically sends out several coupons per month to our valued customers. You’ll get notified via email or push notifications about deals so make sure our emails aren’t going to your spam folder and your mobile push notifications from us are turned on.
Advisors can also send out coupons. If you have a reading with an advisor who has sent you a coupon invitation, the minutes or credited amount will be deducted from the total cost of your call or chat. When your free minutes or credit on the coupon have been used, your call will return to the advisor advertised price per minute.
To view your coupons, go to the Coupons section of your website profile or click the Coupons tab in the Settings section of the app. Zodiac Psychics coupons are only valid until the expiration date quoted. For all other offers and promotions, please refer to Zodiac Psychics Terms and Conditions

Coupons cannot be combined with other offers. You must have a positive account balance to start a reading. The coupon discount will be deducted from the total price of the reading.

After your paid reading you can leave feedback about the reading at a popup screen.

If your credit card, prepaid credit card or debit card was declined, we suggest you try the following:
1. Make sure there’s sufficient funds on the card prior to making a purchase
2. Ensure the purchase matches the amount available on the prepaid card
3. Contact the card company at the toll-free number listed on the back of the card for assistance
I'm sorry to hear you experienced technical issues during your reading. We of course offer refunds if there was a technical issue on our end. If the advisor didn't give you the answers you were hoping for, I understand that can be super frustrating.
Every advisor is unique and has their own approach. Each one is an independent entrepreneur who offers their services through our platform. Think of them like a hairstylist or a massage therapist. You're going to meet some you have an amazing connection with and who deliver exactly what you want. You may also encounter some you don't like at all and will never go back to. We as a platform, facilitate between others the screening of each of them. If we receive more complaints about one of them, we will remove the advisor from the platform; thus, we protect other users from a similar bad experience. Every advisor sets their own price per minute so everyone is different. You’ll find the price per minute displayed in the advisor’s profile. We suggest checking the advisor’s rate before you start a reading.
The total cost of your reading will depend on the price per minute of the advisor you choose and the length of time your reading takes.
For example, if your favorite advisor has a price per minute of $0.99 credits and your session lasts for 10 minutes, the total cost of the consultation will be USD 9.99.
Take into account $0.99 credits is equivalent to USD 0.99.
To start a session, your account must have a minimum amount equal to 2 paid minutes with your chosen advisor.
We set this minimum because no advisor can be expected to deliver a high quality reading in less than 2 minutes. It takes time for advisors to build a solid spiritual connection and provide the in-depth answers you’re seeking.
Simply visit their profile. On the app, tap the flag icon (Android users) or star icon (iOS users) and this advisor will appear in your favorites list.
On the website, you’ll need to login first. Then, visit the advisor profile and click the heart icon, located to the right, next to the notification icon. Clicking the heart will add the advisor to your list.
If your favorite advisor isn’t online when you want to chat, you can now send them a private message, which they’ll get the next time they log in.
To send a private message, go to the advisor’s profile page and tap the "Private Message" button.
Your advisor will respond as soon as they can. Keep in mind, advisors are real humans and can’t be online 24/7. Please be patient and give them time to reply.
There are 3 reasons why you may get a notification telling you to top up your account before using a coupon:
You have already used the maximum number of consecutive coupons allowed.
If it is a discount coupon, you must have a credit on your account so the discount can be applied to the total amount you have to pay.
You have credit but it is not enough for two minutes of reading.
In all three cases, to use a new coupon, you must add funds to your Zodiac Psychic balance before starting your reading with your favorite advisor!
You can brighten your advisor’s day and tell them thanks by leaving a tip or a great review after your session ends.
The prices on Zodiac Psychics are expressed in credits. Each $1 credit is equivalent to USD 1.
Remember, each advisor has a different rate per minute, which is displayed in the advisor listings you browse and on each advisor profile. We suggest you review the price per minute of each advisor before you start your online reading.
Follow these steps to delete your credit card on Android:
1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap Menu then Payment methods, then select More Payment settings.
3. If requested, sign in to pay.google.com.
4. Under the payment method you want to remove, tap Remove and then Remove.
