  • How do I register and start a reading on Zodiac Psychics

    To get started, press the Sign Up button on the top right hand side corner off our website.

    After you have registered, simply Sign In and choose your favourite psychic and then click on their Chat or Call button.

  • How do I login to my account?

    If you have already registered, just click on Sign In on the top of Zodiac Psychics website.

  • Choosing a User Name and Password

    When you register on Zodiac Psychics, you will need to choose a user name and password. You will need these to login each time you come back for more psychic readings.

    We recommend that you choose a user name and password that are unique yet easy to remember. In order to keep your privacy, we do recommend that you choose a user name that is different from your personal name.

  • Forgot your User Name or Password?

    If you have forgotten your user name or password we will be happy to send you a new one. Please go to “Log In” at the top of the page and click on the “Forgotten Password?” link. A window will open in which you can request a new user name or password to be sent to you by email.

    You can change you user name and password on “My Account” page. Enter “My Account” page by clicking on “My Account” on the upper navigation bar.

  • What are my Payment Options?

    We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept some pre-paid cards, gift cards and vouchers issued by these credit cards.

    After you have used your initial free minutes, your credit card will be charged to fund your further readings. When your credit is running low, your Zodiac Psychics account will be toped-up from your preferred payment method (credit card, Paypal ,etc). The top-up sum is set by default to be a sum sufficient for 5 minute of chat/call. However, you have the option to change this amount before the reading begins. If you do not use the entire sum you have added to your Zodiac Psychics account during a session, your account will remain in credit so that you can use the remainder of the funds for another session. If you do not wish your Zodiac Psychics account to be toped-up when its running low, you may chose the option of “Quit reading” or “Manual recharge”. You can do this before each call/chat or set it in your profile settings.

  • How do I enter my phone number to make a Call Reading?

    To register your phone number, login to your account by clicking “Sign In”. Once signed in, click on "My Account" on the top toolbar.

    In the “Phone number” box, choose your country from the drop-down menu. Then enter your phone number without leading zero's. So if your phone number is "0123456789" you enter just "123456789". You may enter either a landline or mobile number.

    Then just make sure you save your changes to fully register the details in the system.

    To choose which phone you will be called on, select the phone in the "My Settings - Please call me on my" panel on the right.

  • Get rewarded for recommending Zodiac Psychics to others

    By referring a friend to Zodiac Psychics, you can earn up to $20.00 per referral and they will be entitled to introductory special offer. Simply log into your account and click on “recommendations” and provide us with your friend's details, then simply leave the rest to us. Once your referred friend has had a paid reading of at least $20.00 or more, we will credit your Zodiac Psychics account with $20.00.

    How can I recommend Zodiac Psychics to others?

    Simply tell friends or family about Zodiac Psychics, ask them to come to our website or just provide us with their phone number, email address.

    Or you can go to "Recommendations by email" at your "My Account”, click on the "recommend by email" link and email your friends and family a special introductory offer.

    How much is the recommendation bonus and when will I receive it?

    Once your referred friend has had a paid reading of $20.00 or more, your Zodiac Psychics account will be credited with $20.00. All payments will be received automatically after 7-14 working days of the referred friend's paid call (they must have correctly provided us with either your, e-mail address or your username.)

  • Free Minutes

    Our advisors can email invitations offering free minutes. If you have a reading with a advisor who has sent you a free minutes invitation, the minutes given will be deducted from the total cost of your call.

    We also occasionally offer free minutes to members. They are usually sent as a voucher or coupon by email. For further details, refer to the "Redeem vouchers" section below.

    When your free minutes have been used, your call will return to the advisor advertised price per minute.

    Zodiac Psychics free minutes are only valid until the expiration date quoted on the voucher.

  • Redeem vouchers

    Voucher activation instructions are sent by email along with the voucher. Follow these instructions carefully to ensure your free minutes are deducted from your call time. You can redeem your Zodiac Psychics free minutes vouchers by emailing our customer support team or at at your "My Account" page by clicking on "Redeem voucher".

    Zodiac Psychics free minutes are only valid until the expiration date quoted on the voucher

  • How do I leave feedback for a reading?

    After your reading you can leave feedback about the reading at a popup screen. You can also leave feedback up to 14 days after the reading in your "History & Feedback" page. Please be aware that we reserve the right to edit any feedback that is derogatory or defamatory.

  • My prepaid credit/debit card payment was declined

    If your prepaid credit/debit card payment was declined, try:

    - Verifying there are sufficient funds on the card prior to making a purchase

    - Checking to see if the purchase matches the amount available on the prepaid card

    If you believe your card has sufficient funds and you've already attempted to complete a smaller purchase, please contact the card company at the toll-free number listed on the back of the card for assistance.
