Get creative. Even if the creative juices aren’t flowing, art therapy can still help to balance the chakra. Find a creative activity that interests you and just let yourself have some judgement-free fun.
Be spontaneous. Doing something unexpected can be terrifying and also exhilarating. Start small—take a different route to work or eat a new restaurant—and work your way up to more adventurous acts.
